I defended as a senior agricultural technician. I recount my rich experience at MUHMFCIG when the today values were imputed in me. Mixed with some students of other agricultural training school like regional college of agriculture Bambili Bamenda. apt in making the best out of many options in serving MUHMFCIG and the world. Being a well nurtured graduate From Community Development Specialization Training School (CDSTS) Institute Santa with an HND ( MINADER ) in Agricultural counseling and in a fitness capacity, i was Recruited in Muhmfcig during the 2022/23 farm season as a farm Attendant. My ambitions , tireless enthusiasm to deliver , commitment and motivation to serve, earned my promoted to the much cherished vacant Position of a Farm Manager in 2024 when the then acting Farm Manger ( Mr A.Valerie A ) got a job in a Cooperative Credit Union around Mezam .Under my auspices we have registered a number of sucesses though with challanges as well. However, through Muhmfcig , I have been bless with skills from the live stock department , crop production and poultary sector from this accredited Farm . Our clients remian happy and draw close daily, because of our distinguished services. I’m bless to be part of this model farm serving for close to two years now on an Administrative postion.

right & not by appointment. My 2022/2023 session of 2 months 2 weeks Professional Internship & 1 month 2 weeks of Discovery Internship respectively under MUHMFCIG mentorship was rich in both practicals and orals . We were many us at the farm complex; with lots of competitive ideals. Institutions including Technical School of Agriculture Nkambe North West Region , CMR, PRTC Fonta Bafut, Nazareth Center Nkwen B’da etc . The positive curves i made with muhmfcig have earned me my most desired and cherish Higher National Diploma in Agriculture (Senior Agricultural Technician), A graduate with Honors of The Regional Collage of Agriculture Bambili, North West Region , CMR . Muhmfcig remians the farm i never seen before now. However, I don’t drag nor negotiate with any one to be the worthy daughter of muhmfcig iam today .And to my fans out there, I’m most greatful & motivated by

graduate of The REGIONAL COLLEGE OF AGRICULTURE BAMBILI,NWR,CMR. Here is my short testimony. I had wanted to be a good Agricultural Entrepreneur in the future and was bless to encounter MUHMFCIG which helped me and further strengthen my ability to be a good leader in my specialty. The 2022 and 2023 internship season while at muhmfcig for the introductory and Professional Internship in my domain of Agricultural Technician was bless with alot of skills. As an Entrepreneur iam today , i must thank the competitive team i was mixed with. serve MUHMFCIG deligently at the poultary department . I, appreciate and thank MUHMFCIG for coaching me . I remember how we could collect data, analyse, present, reports to our supervisors in the field: Oh my God . I can’t forget the Community Visit for data collection we undertook in the community . To you my MUHMFCIG associate mates from other Agricultural institution’s like PRTC Fonta Bafut, Nazareth Center Nkwen, Technical School of Agriculture Nkambe, Agricultural school Jakiri, i love you all, not forgetting my inmates from RCA Bambili with whom we studied to obtain my HND in the Domain of Senior Agricultural Technicien. To myself (B.B.N) , i must keep saying ” I will creat a farm on Paper ,Register it, Develop it and Excel in it. You can always quote me for saying ” I will own a farm of my own in the future as an Entrepreneur. I don’t just dream farming but i feel it and will want to live farming on daily basis . Believe this announcement ; that iam ripe for the job market, most qualified, very capable to serve and any Employer who will sort for my services. Not far from being an Agricultural diplomate, Call me Etta Tabote Etta. An HND holder from The Regional College of Agriculture Bambili, NWR, CMR. An interns who experienced an amazing

Management tool system at Muhmfcig . “In my experience i learned that growth and comfort don’t coexist and that if i want to grow i have to be comfortable with being uncomfortable”. The core positive values of MUHMFCIG were clear and absorbable, adaptability was challangeing but i moved on with competitive students around me .The leadership team at MUHMFCIG was welcoming and coaching enough; blending theory with practical task, oral works , negotiation tactics and Strategies was a daily duty. Summarily, the 4 months between 2022-23 Introductory & Professional Internship empowered me dearly. Those days saw me concentrating at the piggree more. I salute my fellow internship mates at Muhmfcig like, M. Blessing , A.Clifford , Bongham B, B.Bertilla, K.Dericka, T.Justice etc . Agriculture is challenging. As a Senior Agricultural Technician TODAY, i will not only improve on farm techniques, i will also ameliorate the rural and urban farming strategies to bring about increase productivity to feed the masses. A moment for Me Awoh Clifford Awoh filled with a hundreds fold genuine excitement as an interns with MUHMFCIG for 3 solid months.This a major discovery to the value of my

success in studying Agriculture during the 2022/23.

My Thesis development & defends before a jury of my Collage base on my foundation from MUHMFCIG 2022/23 shares the benefit of my mentorship ; an Agricultural rich experience. I, appreciate the Farm Management of MUHMFCIG . Briefly, i must say “Write it , dont fight it ,come along at just the right time ” . By this , i demonstrate team work even when its a hectic day for everyone in the team at MUHMFCIG .While there we pull together when need be . Living in the farm apartment with other students from other institutions was a huge experience and benefit . Trust me, the students from Regional Collage of Agriculture Bambili were competivtive. Those of us from Technical School of Agriculture Nkambe were good opponents.
Comparetively, we were an excellent batch. The HND just demonstrated that . It was good to be good at listening, acting practicing , adapting & performing. Today myself and the team in question all earned our HND in respective fields thanks to MUHMFCIG training, advise & mentorship. What else can i say ? Long live MUHMFCIG, best regards to all.
