Vision Statement of MUHMFCIG:
To improve and increase the quantity and quality of livestock production in the Mforya Bafut Community, North West Region of Cameroon.
The vision of MUHMFCIG is to usher in a new era of professional, commercial, and best livestock farming practices in the Mforya – Bafut Community.
Mission Statement of MUHMFCIG:
Poverty alleviation within members: To create and develop strategies for income generation for the members, potential members, and founders of Mforya Up-Hill Mixed Farming Common Initiative Group.
To sustain the continuous increase in demand for livestock products in the Mforya Bafut Community, generating income, and improving the livelihood of the members and founders.
To instill the spirit of agricultural practices and professional agribusiness value chain procedures within the immediate community of Mforya Bafut.

Our Founders and Partners
The today well-known Mforya Up-Hill Mixed Farming Common Initiative Group ( MUHMFCIG ) existed in the early years of 2013 / 2014 as a mixed farmers organisation based in the neighborhood of Ndamukong New Layout of the Nkwen Bamenda III Sub Division of Mezam Division in the North West Region of Cameroon . It started with 9 ( Nine members ) notably :
T. W.A is a Motivated and inspired individual with sukulent talents on effective and efficient records taking . Elected by the people to
represent their interest. I therefore, undertake to serve as MUHMFCIG General Secretary with comitement and responsibility. Iam most qualified with a mastery of all communication tools to give our valuable members and would be members plus the community my best ; haven’t serve in the UAE for more than 7 years. I can openly declear my that the task is within my competence and qualities .However, i will deliver to the people the new teams vision and mission for the business plan display on my table .
Tamonkia Will Aboshu

Elected into the Office of Chairman of the Governing Council of MUHMFCIG on 07/07/2014 . A dynamic & qualified President with lots of enthusiasm
who was serving for the 8th year as a Lending and Collection Assistant , later served for 4 years as a General Manger of a Category 1 Micro Finance Institution. Again, he has been a Farm Consultant for years . Founder of Mforya Up-Hill mixed Farming Cooperative Society ( MUHMFCOOP-BOD). Member of certified Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Cameroon . Member of Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria, Member of Risk Management Professionals Uk. Hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Kesmond International University USA, holder of HND in Operations & Business Management from Risk Management Business school Nigeria . Is a Father and Husband, business developer and coach. His CV is worth exploring.inue reading

Many People say I’m good at safeguarding financial Resources . Some just say “You are a Treasure ” which i have always claim it .
In practice, i have serve as a treasurer in so many associations .I am a poultary farmer and Small business developer. I hold a Bachelors of Science in health care and a full time nurse. Managing Human beings is as good as manageing Finances , Livestock , and Crops Production . I am quite useful and will devote myself for the serving of members and would be members of MUHMFCIG . I count on your support.
